# FedEx Tracking Integration

You can integrate FedEx and Asset Panda Pro to track your device shipments proactively. By mapping the required **Tracking ID** field, the integration retrieves shipment information directly from FedEx and associates it with the correct asset records in Asset Panda Pro.

This enables you to maintain accurate shipment visibility by tracking status, scan history, and delivery details without manually checking the carrier portal.

{% hint style="info" %}

* FedEx is a third-party service. Asset Panda Pro does not control FedEx updates or shipment information.
* Asset Panda Pro uses its own FedEx account to retrieve tracking information, so customers do not need a separate FedEx account to use this integration.
 {% endhint %}

## Prerequisites

* Active Asset Panda Pro subscription with Organization, Account, or Module admin access
* Required permissions to configure the FedEx integration
* Tracking ID field added in the appropriate collection
