Reports

Asset Panda Pro offers robust reporting capabilities designed to meet a variety of organizational needs.

  • Dashboards provide real-time updates, serving as the pulse point of your assets.

  • Saved views enable you to filter, sort, group, and export asset data for quick analysis and sharing.

  • Automations further streamline reporting by enabling administrators to schedule reports at regular intervals, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.

With these flexible tools, your organization gains enhanced visibility, optimized asset utilization, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making.

Reports view

The Reports page displays reports saved throughout the application for quick viewing and sharing with others. The following report pages are accessible:

  • Forms: When you view a form submission log, you can choose to save the report to be shared with others. Those reports are saved in the Forms list.

  • Depreciation: When you enable Depreciation in an collection, their associated reports are displayed in the Depreciation list.


Export a report

You can export a report to an external PDF, Excel, or CSV file to share the report data with others.

  1. Select Reports icon Reports and then select the category of reports you want to export.

  2. Select the report you want to export.

  3. Select Export and then select the output format (PDF, Excel, or CSV). A popup indicates when the report export has finished.

  4. Click Download Link to download the exported report.

You can also click Notifications and click Download in the notification to download the file.


Share a report

Organization, account, and module admins have full access to reports. You can choose to share reports with Collaborator users or users with a custom role.

  1. Select Reports icon Reports and then select the category of reports you want to share.

  2. Select the check box for the report you want to share.

  3. In the right-most column of the report row, click Share. The Share pane is displayed.

  4. To Share by role, select the role with which you want to share the report.

  5. To Share with user, select the active user with whom you want to share the report.


Delete a report

  1. Select Reports icon Reports and then select the category of reports you want to review.

  2. Select the check box for the report you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete. A confirmation message is displayed.

  4. Click Delete.
