Dashboards

The Asset Panda Dashboard gives users a customizable interface to visualize and manage record data. Users can select from multiple dashboards, add different types of charts, and configure their data display based on available collections, with features including:

  • Dashboard Selection: Allows switching from one dashboard to another dashboard.

  • Dashboard Management: In the Dashboard Management section, users can view, enable, or disable visibility, edit names, and add descriptions to dashboards.

  • Customizable Widgets: Users can add different visualization elements, including:

    • Bar Graph

    • Pie Chart

    • Line Graph

    • Table

    • Count Widget

    • Calendar

  • Widget Actions: Each widget includes options to expand, edit, export, or delete the chart.

  • Data Display: The dashboard includes a list view at the bottom, displaying columns such as ID, Date Added, Last Updated, Added By, Email, Phone Number, Address, Currency, Percent, and Numeric Values.

  • Filtering Options: The data display can be filtered using conditions like field names, operators, and values.

Search functionality in Dashboard

The Dashboard Management page features a search bar at the top, allowing users to locate specific dashboards by name or description. This search functionality consists of the following capabilities:

The search bar at the top of the Dashboard Management page allows users to filter dashboards by name or description. Key features include:

  • A dropdown to limit the search to the Current Page

  • Supports partial and exact matches

  • Searching can be submitted via the Enter key or the Search button.

  • Pagination appears if results exceed the visible limit.

  • If no matches are found, a “No Results Found” message is displayed.

Scrollable Side Panel for Fields

A vertically scrollable side panel is available for configuring the fields shown in widgets. Each row in the panel represents a field and includes the following elements:

  • The field name

  • A data type icon is displayed to the left of the field name.

  • An eye icon that allows the user to toggle the visibility of the field

  • A 6-dot icon that can be used to drag and reorder fields

Show/Hide All Fields Toggle

At the top of the field configuration panel, an eye icon is available to control the visibility of all fields. If all fields are currently visible, selecting this icon will hide them. If one or more fields are hidden, selecting the icon will show all fields.

Drag-and-Drop Reordering

Fields in the panel can be reordered by dragging them using the 6-dot icon. As fields are reordered, the widget preview is updated in real time to reflect the changes.

Individual Show/Hide Functionality

Each field can be shown or hidden individually by selecting its corresponding eye icon. Changes to visibility are applied immediately in the widget preview, allowing users to see the effect in real time.

The Asset Panda Dashboard helps users efficiently organize and visualize their record data through interactive and configurable components.
