Account Management

The Account Management section in Settings provides control over accounts, modules, collections, and system configurations. Customization options are available for visibility, organization, and automation settings, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.

Managing Accounts and Modules

Managing accounts and modules efficiently helps in structuring data and user access. New accounts can be added, existing ones can be modified, and modules can be organized using a hierarchical format.

  • View, add, and manage accounts using a structured interface.

  • Use drag-and-drop to reorder accounts, modules, collections, and fields.

  • Changes apply to all users with module access and persist across sessions.

Collections and Fields

Collections and fields define how data is stored and accessed. Customizing their organization improves data management and visibility.

  • View all fields within a collection, rearrange them, or create new ones.

  • Show or hide collections or fields to control visibility while keeping data stored safely.

  • Hidden collections or fields can be re-enabled when needed.

Automations and Forms

Automations and forms streamline workflows and data entry processes. Enabling or disabling specific actions helps in managing operations efficiently while keeping previously configured settings intact.

  • Deactivate automations and forms when they are not needed without deleting them.

  • Preserving workflow configurations prevents unnecessary automation runs while maintaining system efficiency.

Navigation and customization options enhance accessibility and ease of use. Intuitive tools provide flexibility in managing configurations.

  • The More Options (three dots) button provides additional settings like renaming, editing, and deleting accounts, modules, and collections.

  • A search bar in the top-right enables quick access to specific accounts or settings.

Account management is designed for seamless customization, ensuring an organized and intuitive system configuration.
