Managing Audits

The Tools tab is the central hub for managing audits in the Asset Panda mobile app. It allows you to track audit progress, distinguish between open and closed audits, and review individual audit details. You can monitor completion percentages, view assigned records, and access critical metadata.

Open and Closed Audits

The Tools tab contains separate sections for Open Audits and Closed Audits:

• Open Audits: Audits in progress that allow you to update records and track ongoing work.

• Closed Audits: Completed audits that no longer require modifications and serve as a reference for records.

Audit Progress

Each audit displays key progress indicators to help you monitor completion:

• The completion percentage shows how much of the audit has been finished.

• The total number of audited records versus the total records in the audit.

• Start and end dates (if available) provide insights into the timeline of the audit.

Viewing Audit Details

Selecting an audit opens a detailed view that includes:

• The audit name and description for easy identification.

• The associated module and collection where the audit is being performed.

• A list of records with their audit status, allowing you to track which records are audited and which require attention.
