Inviting Users to a Module
Organization Admins, Account Admins, or Module Admins can invite and assign roles to other users within modules. Users are invited to the platform at the modular level but can be granted higher-level access from the modular level. Users can have access to multiple modules and accounts, and their permission to each module or account can differ based on the access needed. For example, an Account Admin in the IT Division of a company might also need to access Forms in the Fleet division. The Account Admin could have Collaborator access to the Fleet module outside the account they administer.
Because users are invited at the modular level, navigate to the user screen of the correct module with the following steps:
On the left navigation bar, click the Settings icon.
Click Account Management.
Click the icon of the Module and click View Users.
Once in the user screen:
On the top right corner, click Invite Users. Bulk Add Users pane appears.
Select the appropriate role from the dropdown list.
Enter the email address of the user(s), and then click Save.
