Managing Your Ursa Conversations
Ursa saves your conversations so you can return to them later. This is useful for picking up where you left off, reviewing past answers, or referencing previous interactions.
Accessing Chat History
Open the Ursa chat drawer by clicking the sparkle icon on the left navigation bar.
Click the history icon in the chat header area.
Your past conversations are displayed in a list.
Browsing Past Conversations
Your conversations are listed with their names so you can quickly identify them. Scroll through the list to find the conversation you're looking for.
Searching Conversations
To find a specific conversation:
Open the chat history view.
Use the search field to type a keyword or phrase.
The list filters to show only conversations matching your search.
Tip: Search by topic or keywords you remember using in the conversation. For example, searching "laptop warranty" will find conversations where you discussed laptop warranties.
Resuming a Conversation
To continue a previous conversation:
Open the chat history view.
Click on the conversation you want to resume.
The conversation loads with your full message history.
Type a new message to continue where you left off.
Ursa remembers the context of the conversation, so you can pick up naturally without re-explaining what you were working on.
Deleting Conversations
To remove a conversation you no longer need:
Open the chat history view.
Find the conversation you want to delete.
Click the delete icon next to the conversation.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Note: Deleting a conversation is permanent. The conversation and all its messages cannot be recovered.
Starting a New Conversation
To start a fresh conversation without any previous context:
Open the Ursa chat drawer.
Click the new conversation button in the chat header.
Ursa opens a blank conversation, ready for your first message.
Tip: Start a new conversation when you're switching to a completely different topic. This helps keep your chat history organized and makes it easier to find specific conversations later.
